We are licensed and insured in Michigan.
The Tipsy Chicks are not liable for any hazardous incidents, accidents, or misfortunes that could occur during and or after the event and shall be freed of any legal and financial responsibly.
WE DO NOT ALLOW SHOTS
If a guest is denied to be served it is presumed to be in their best interest and neither Sam or Payton are to be held liable for conflict.
Any guest that takes any form of alcohol from bar without permission from bartenders results in being denied to be served. Supplies for the bar is to be handled by bartenders and host(s) ONLY.

Refund Policy

All retainer fees are non-refundable.
Cancellation of contract by the client which is received in writing more than 90 days prior to the event will result in a refund of any monies paid less the retainer fee. Cancellation of services received less than 90 days prior to the event obligate the client to make full remaining payment of the total fees agreed upon.
If cancellation is initiated by The Tipsy Chicks all moneys paid from the client shall be fully refunded INCLUDING the retainer fee. Any refund shall be paid out at the month’s end.
